Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building

Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building is one of Russia’s leading construction universities. It was founded in 1952 by order of the USSR Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education and was granted university status in 1997.

Viktor Alekseevich Vlasov is the rector of TSUAB. He is a full member of the International Academy of Higher Education Sciences and the International Academy of Authors of Scientific Discoveries and Inventions, an advisor to the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences in the Department of Construction Sciences, a member of three doctoral dissertation committees, and more.
