Orel State University named after I.S. Turgenev (OSU)
Orel State University is the largest higher education institution in the Orel region and the only multidisciplinary center in the area that provides continuous training of specialists at all levels in the fields of pedagogical, engineering, medical, natural sciences, and humanities. It was founded in 1919.
Pavel Aleksandrovich Merkulov is the rector of Orel State University, an honored worker of education of the Russian Federation. He has been awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky, the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" (2nd class), the Order of Honour, the Order of Friendship, the Order of Saint Blessed Prince Daniel of Moscow (3rd class), the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation’s Badge of Distinction "For Merit," and an Honorary Diploma from the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

Participation in the Conference:
In May, representatives of TrafficData took part in the 11th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Information Technologies and Innovations in Transport,” held in Orel from May 21 to 24. The company’s specialists presented reports within the section “Intelligent Transport Systems.”
Ivan Andreevich Chebykin, CEO of TrafficData, delivered a presentation titled “Improving Adaptive Control of Traffic Flows at a Signalized Intersection” (co-authored with A.N. Novikov, V.E. Klyavin, and A.S. Sysoev).

– “Principles of Interaction Between Traffic Signal Objects Under High Traffic Intensity”;
– “An Intelligent Transport System Based on Signalized Intersections with Adaptive Control” (co-authored with A.N. Novikov, V.E. Klyavin, and A.S. Sysoev).
